South Dakota State Capital - Pierre

Located in the center of South Dakota, Pierre is the capital city of South Dakota and the seat of Hughes County. Pierre was founded in 1880 near the Missouri River and opposite of the town of Fort Pierre. The state capital is open for those who want to explore the hallways on their own. The outdoor grounds are amazing with plenty of statutes and dedications to those who served this wonderful state.
