Sick N Twisted Brewery is located in Hill City, South Dakota just east of town. It has both craft wine and beer, and food items such as gourmet sandwiches, smoked wings, meat and cheese platters, and stone baked pizza. They have a store, a fireplace, large seating inside and outside, and very pretty decor throughout the brewery.
