Roughlock Falls Road
Roughlock Falls Road in Spearfish Canyon, South Dakota is a gorgeous dirt road that goes to Roughlock Falls. When the kids were little we would take them on this road in the fall and let them ride their bikes. We started at Tinton Road and biked the road down to Savoy. The road is about 6 miles long and inclines down the whole way. It is an easy road for all ages - (You just have to watch for traffic especially around Roughlock Falls). My husband or I would then follow in the truck and pick them up at the end. You can combine this with riding Spearfish Canyon Road all the way downhill to the entrance to make it even more fun.
