The Black Hills of South Dakota is full of old mining and ghost towns. Some of the towns have become extinct, and some of the towns have reinvented themselves and are even thriving. Each town is unique and has a lot of history.

 Deadwood is full of casinos, bars, and shops. It is a cool place to visit due to the history, and there are a lot of events throughout the year including concerts both outside and inside the various casinos.
