Caputa Alpacas
The Caputa Alpacas are on E Highway 44 just west of the town of Caputa, South Dakota. The owners Glenn and Debbie Lepp welcome visitors free of charge and let you feed the alpacas. The alpacas roam the property and seem to love attention and of course food. It really is a fun experience for everyone, especially kids. They do have a store on site if interested in buying anything alpaca related, and they have free tours 9am to 5 pm every day. You can either call first and make sure they are there, or show up at the gate, and they will let you in. For more questions you can give them a call.
