Bear Butte Education Center

The Bear Butte Education Center is located at the base of Bear Butte in Sturgis, South Dakota. The center highlights the area’s historical and cultural significance to the Northern Plains Indians, and welcomes visitors to learn more about the site’s notability. It is open from May to September 8 am to 6 pm daily, and closes for the fall and winter months.
